4. Certificates and Accuracy

Certificates generated on CertifyRights are based on user-uploaded files and metadata. We do not verify the originality or authorship of the content unless explicitly stated. CertifyRights is not liable for inaccuracies caused by user-submitted data.

5. Intellectual Property

The CertifyRights platform, including its logo, branding, design, and core technologies, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable access to your account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

CertifyRights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
